We have a 10-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product Personalization Policy

Personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed, as production begins immediately.

Since each personalized item is made specifically for you, it has no resale value.
Please double-check all details (names, numbers, dates, spellings, sizes, and design options) before finalizing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@magicfootballstore.com.
We will promptly review your case and make it right.
If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it without exception.
To request a replacement, please send a photo of the damaged item to our email. Once received, we’ll evaluate the situation and either send a replacement or take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
